Enhance Your Executive Functioning Skills

I spent the first 40 years of my life thinking I was broken.
Then, in my mid-40's I was diagnosed with ADHD, while grieving the loss of both parents, working full-time, and trying to help my son navigate his own ADHD diagnosis during a pandemic.
Suddenly, everything made sense.
Today, I help and support schools, parents, educators, teams and leaders understand the 9 core executive functioning skills in way we were never taught but shape everything: how we focus, regulate, plan, connect, communicate and lead.
I'm not here to give you another productivity hack.
I'm here to support the teaching of executive functioning, capacity and communication, so you can strengthen & re-build the skills that support you through life's most challenging moments.
I bring training programs into schools, families, organizations and communities to help us all grow, and thrive together...as a real Village.

My Mission: Normalize Mental Health Fitness
I started this work because of my son. But I stayed in it because of what I learned about myself.
I couldn't teach him executive functioning skills until I practiced them myself.
And once I did, once I started treating my brain like I treat my body, with daily practice, intentional routines, and habit-building when I was calm, everything changed.
I started feeling like I was enough as I became a better parent. A better partner. A better leader. A more grounded human.
Not because I "fixed" myself. Because I gave myself the tools. Now, I teach others to do the same.
My mission is simple:
Normalize mental health fitness the way we've normalized physical fitness.
We don't wait until we're injured to build strength.
We don't wait for a heart attack to start caring for our cardiovascular health.
We practice. We build habits. We train.
Our brains deserve the same care.
When we practice executive functioning skills daily: emotional regulation, working memory, planning, cognitive flexibility, self-awareness, they become automatic when we need them most so we can thrive with capacity, not just survive through chaos.
This is not just for kids. It's for all of us.
Parents. Families. Educators. Leaders. Professionals.
In Homes, Schools, Communities, Organizations & Careers.
Because we can't give what we don't have.
And our kids, our teams, our communities, deserve people who are doing the work.
That's what I teach. That's what I live.
Let's build mental health fitness together, one habit, one practice, one skill at a time.
