Workshop Overview:

Parenting a neurodivergent child can be joyful and rewarding, but it can also be exhausting, confusing, and emotionally draining. This interactive workshop is designed to help parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or executive function challenges on IPP's in school build practical skills to support their child while maintaining their own energy, emotional health, and sense of self.
